BC Retarder
B.C. Retarder is a premium slow solvent retarder specially formulated for conditions of high heat and humidity. This product will effectively help enhance the flow of M.L. Campbell® products and will help reduce bubbling and blushing caused by the effects of high heat and humidity during application.
