Slow Retarder VOC Exempt
Slow VOC Exempt Retarder is a blend of special slow evaporating solvents. The addition of small amounts will correct most leveling, flow and blushing problems. These problems are often the result of poor application conditions, extreme humidity or the use of inferior lacquer thinners. Lacquer Retarder is also used to maximize the full gloss of high gloss finishes.
