Quick Dry SL Vinyl Sealer is a HAPs free fast dry vinyl modified nitrocellulose lacquer sealer with excellent sanding properties. It is formulated to offer an improvement over conventional lacquer sealers where excellent adhesion, stain blocking and superior moisture resistance is required.
