The week before your trip, please check your email for several associated documents including:

• Border Crossing letter – this is a standard letter that will be emailed to our guests to help them enter Canada;
• Itinerary – a brief summary of where you’ll be staying, your local travel arrangements, and who to contact in case of an emergency;
• Network Access – Internet access while at our facility;

After you’ve completed your live training with us at the Training Center, you’ll be able to complete the online quiz associated with this course and download a copy of your Certificate for your own personal records.
