MagnaMax White/Opaque Base offers the convenience and user-friendly features of pre-catalyzed lacquer, while providing improved durability and performance. This high solids, yellowing resistant, thermoset, HAPs free, ultra-low formaldehyde, pre-catalyzed lacquer can be tinted to 1,000+ different M.L. Campbell colors by your local M.L. Campbell Distributor Color Studio. No catalyst mixing reduces costly bottlenecks. Available in 550 VOC compliant formulas.

Product Test and Performance Characteristics
MagnaMax White/Opaque Base has undergone rigorous quality testing to verify performance and application characteristics. The M.L. Campbell laboratory has formulated MagnaMax White/Opaque Base to meet or exceed the required performance levels established by KCMA for finishes. MagnaMax White/Opaque Base has been tested utilizing the following ASTM and KCMA test methods: 5=Excellent, 4=Very Good, 3=Good, 2=Fair, 1=Poor.

Chemical Resistance Evaluation
Purpose: Test the ability of the finish to withstand substances typically found in kitchens and bathrooms. Meets AWI specifications for SYSTEM 2 pre-catalyzed lacquers and SYSTEM 5 conversion varnish for household chemical resistance even though MagnaMax is not a conversion varnish. Contact and dry time of each chemical is in accordance to AWI and KCMA test procedures.
