Aguabarnice White/Opaque Base is a high performance, advanced two-component pigmented, low VOC, easy sanding, HAPs free, non-yellowing, water borne coating for interior wood surfaces. Based on a unique blend of acrylic and urethane resins catalyzed with a superior cross-linking agent. This unique catalyzation reaction produces no formaldehyde or free isocyanates and produces a very durable and chemical-resistant smooth finish. Aguabarnice is ideal for kitchen, bath or general interior use and is green in any color.

Product Test and Performance Characteristics
Aguabarnice White/Opaque Base has undergone rigorous quality testing to verify performance and application characteristics. The M.L. Campbell laboratory has formulated Aguabarnice White/Opaque Base to meet or exceed the required performance level established by KCMA for finishes. Aguabarnice White/Opaque Base meets the AWI finishing standard for opaque post-catalyzed lacquers. Aguabarnice White/Opaque Base has been tested utilizing the following ASTM and KCMA test methods: 5 = Excellent, 4 = Very Good, 3 = Good, 2 = Fair, 1 = Poor.

Chemical Resistance Evaluation
Purpose: Test the ability of the finish to withstand substances typically found in kitchens and bathrooms. Exceeds AWI specifications for opaque post-catalyzed lacquer chemical resistance. Contact and dry time of each chemical is in accordance to AWI and KCMA test procedures.
